Methodology & disclaimer

Every listing on HaulGuide comes from a public source: city and county websites, facility pages, the state mattress recycling program (Bye Bye Mattress / Mattress Recycling Council), or a company's own published prices. Each listing links to that source and carries a "last checked" date.

• We never invent phone numbers, fees, or hours. If a fact is not published, we say so.
• Prices from companies are the "starting from" prices they publish. Your actual quote depends on your address, item size and access.
• Prices people report on forums such as Reddit are labeled as reported quotes, not facts.
• We do not accuse companies. Where consumers have filed complaints, we link to the public record (e.g. BBB) and let you read it.

Fees, hours and rules change. Always call or check the official page before you load the car or book a hauler. Spot an error? It will be corrected on the next check.
